Hiya Vir! I'm sorry the legal stuff isn't going so well :( I hate reading that. I wanted to come home from vacation and read that you had finally found someone that could help you and your mom out.
Back home as of last night...this next week is lots of housey work and getting ready for school and other stuff too, but I AM taking the time out to at least give you a call. Once the kids are gone all day I'll be much more social than currently.

The following is from Amy, the person who runs the groups (you know the one who runs the group that came from Vicky/Julie/ all of them: Well she is in a similar situation as you are. You have an elderly mom to care for and she has a bunch of kids (5). What is this country coming to... this is what Amy writes. It sucks that the way the world works, it chooses the most UNABLE and poorest among us to pick on, not the ones they could actually GAIN anything from. She is losing her house. She has 5 kids, husband who will be laid off, no family who can rescue her, a ton of horses/pigs/dogs/cats. Insane. You're not alone.
OUR HOUSE SITUATION:
I HAD ONLY TOLD A FEW PEOPLE. AND DIDN'T EXPECT TO HAVE TO TALK ABOUT IT..BUT HEY SHIT HAPPENS..NEXT MONTH EVICTION (SEPT. 2ND) STARTS. WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE HOUSE AND HAD CAUGHT IT UP THEN DID GREAT FOR A WHILE THEN GOT BEHIND..IN THE LAST 2 YEARS ERIC HAS LOST 20,000 IN INCOME DUE TO OVERTIME CUTS AND LACK OF WORK AT GREED CENTRAL..IT HAD COME DOWN TO LETTING IT GO TO FORCLOSURE WE HAD MONEY SAVED TO PAY OFF THE 3000 WE NEEDED TO PAY TO GET A PAYMENT PLAN...WITHIN DAYS WE FOUND OUT HIS JOB IS GONE AND HE WILL BE PERMANENTLY LAID OFF AND DECIDED FUCK IT..WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO MAKE THE HOUSE PAYMENTS ON $362 DOLLARS A WEEK UNEMPLOYMENT...HE HAS HIS APP. IN EVERYWHERE AND AS SOME OF YOU KNOW MICHIGAN IS IN A HOLE LIKE A MF'ER RIGHT NOW AND NO ONE IS HIRING....SO WE TOOK THE 3000 AND PAID SEVERAL MEDICAL BILLS STILL HAVE SOME LOOMING OUT THERE...THE BIGGEST IN $ 555.00 WE ARE BEING SUED FOR THAT GOT THE SUMMONS YESTERDAY...CAN ONLY DO WHAT WE CAN DO AND WHEN WE CAN DO IT...WE ARE STILL A FLOAT FOR NOW..HAVE BEEN DESPERATLY LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE WITH NO LUCK FOR 7 PEOPLE!!! THERE IS HARDLY NOTHING AROUND..SO EVICTION STARTS SEPT. 2ND AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT I HAVE NO IDEA...AT THIS POINT IN TIME WE HAVE NO WHERE TO GO. WE MAY HAVE TO BUY A CAMPER TRAILER AND STAY SOME WHERE FOR ALL I KNOW....I HAVE NO IDEA...I BELIEVE IT IS ALL MEANT TO HAPPEN...HOW IT ALL CAME TOGETHER INTO ONE BIG CLUSTER FUCK AND WITH THE JOB AND SO MUCH LOSS OF INCOME AND THEN THE HOUSE WE TRIED TO THINK AHEAD..WE STILL HAVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2ND TO REDEEM OUR HOUSE ANYWAY WE CAN...BUT THAT HAS BEEN FRUITLESS WITH OUR SITUATION AND CREDIT AND BLAH BLAH BLAH....UNLESS ANYONE HAS A COOL $150,000 WE ARE DONE FOR...WE HAVE A PLACE FOR OUR 2 HORSES WE ARE KEEPING AND ALL THE OTHER FARM ANIMALS WE WILL KILL AND FREEZE OR SELL THEM...EXCEPT OUR DOGS AND CATS....SO THAT IS THAT..EVICTION COULD TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS...SO WE MIGHT BE HERE THROUGH CHRISTMAS I AM NOT SURE...ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU PRAYERS PRAY FOR US TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE AND THAT ALL WORKS OUT FINE...THANKS FOR ALL THE NICE THINGS YOU GUYS SAID IN THE THREAD ABOUT OUR HOUSE IT WAS SWEET...BUT NOT MUCH CAN BE DONE...UNLESS YOU KNOW A MILLIONAIRE WITH A COUPLE HUNDRED THOUSAND THEY DON'T NEED..HEHEHEHEH....JUST TAKING ONE DAY AT A TIME HERE...LOVE YA GUYS.....

We keep hoping for a last min rescue which is not impossible but it is hard to hold onto hope right now.

So sorry to hear about Amy and the crisis they are facing. I will try to send you a letter for her later to hopefully encourage her.
We may not have been given a house but our current landlord did buy this one so we would not be homeless exactly one week from our move out date!
I know I am a mess right now cause I am tiered and having a hard time controlling my emotions but I do know miracles happen and I pray that for Amy and her family.
